With our high paced, sedentary, highly toxic lives and environments, we have lost sight of what is needed to truly be and stay well. As a result, we are suffering more and more from chronic diseases that have no answers to be found in traditional western medicine beyond taking a drug or having a surgery in a compartmentalized approach to our health.

A wellness oriented lifestyle encourages you to adopt habits and behaviors that promote better health and improved quality of life. Furthermore it produces independence from the traditional “healthcare” system in place that is keeping you stuck where you are, reliant on medications, and likely even pushing you further away from health and wellness. Lifestyle has been proven to be the single most important factor determining your general pattern of health so it’s important to take charge of your daily life. While traditional medicine concentrates on curing, treating or alleviating, the wellness approach looks to the root causes, focuses on the body as a whole, promotes self care and personal responsibility for one’s own health.

1. Mindset and Motivation
We all "know" on some level the things we need to do to take care of ourselves. However, knowing something and finding the motivation to actually make changes are two different things. While we add to your knowledge in the process of our programs, we also take a deep dive into helping you create the behavioral and mindset shifts needed to make sustainable change longterm.
Stress is a huge source of disease processes, hormone imbalances and poor health. Unless we learn to both identify your stress sources and implement stress reducing practices, we fall victim to poor health no matter how clean we eat or how much we exercise.
"You are what you eat." It's an old saying, but one we seem to forget or not take seriously enough. The quality of our food has drastically changed over the last 100 years (and not for the better). We help guide you through a gentle elimination and detox process, and then create a sustainable longterm nutritional plan that is unique to you.
With the evolution of the human body, society and stress, what movement means and what your body needs has evolved with it. Movement does NOT have to mean spending hours in the gym or doing cardio. We help you develop a plan for movement in your life that supports your body, your health, and your schedule.
The research on sleep deprivation and the effect it has on your health is growing astronomically. The impacts it can have on our hormones, brain function and ability to lose weight continue to be better understood. Our programs address this as a necessary pillar of health regardless of what season or stage of life you're in. We help you create balance and a healthy sleep routine.
Many of us go through our lives and days on autopilot, completely at the effect of our schedules and with little awareness of ourselves (especially our mom's, but everyone). Bringing mindfulness to your life and day is essential to finding balance and maintaining a healthy lifestyle that will allow you to heal.
